The East Bernard Leonard Horelica Pool Complex project is a huge success with people enjoying the new splash pad, pergola, butterfly garden, and bath house. The cool water offered a welcome respite from the heat for everyone who came to celebrate the grand “splash”/dedication of this park on Saturday, July 12, 2014.
